its still very warm here... it was like 82 degrees outside... it was awful. it doesn't feel like winter at all... but i do hope that you warm up a little!

I can't help laughing just a little :) I will say that it doesn't feel much like Christmas time when the day-time high is 90. At this moment, at 11:22 p.m., it is currently 81 degrees. This week we're going to make some hot chocolate and drive around the city looking at lights (some even legit Christmas lights, like at the embassy).

BTW, today I bought my first shoes here. One pair is gold and the other is black with rhinestones. Oh yes. I would never EVER wear them in the States, but they're all the rage here. I have to have them if I'm working with college girls, right? :) My friend picked them out for me.
